Jug is dishwasher safe & microwave safe (although dishwasher cleaning is not recommended as it shortens the life span of the jug)
The manufacturing process is as follows: jugs are dip glazed in the matt glaze before the 1st firing takes place, the artwork is then applied with a transfer image before it’s fired for a 2nd time hence the slightly longer lead time than usual.
